加味逍遥散与化疗药结合抗裸鼠移植性肝癌的实验研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察加味逍遥散与化疗药结合对探鼠移植性肝癌(HepG2)模型的抗肿瘤作用。并探讨该复方中药抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法15只六周龄裸鼠建立裸鼠人肝癌模型(HepG2)。并随机分为三组:生理盐水组,氟尿嘧啶+加味逍遥散组,氟尿嘧啶组和加味逍遥散组,观察其抗肿瘤作用(抑瘤率)检测肿瘤组织癌基因的表达。结论加味逍遥散具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。其抗肿瘤作用机制为提高机体免疫功能和调节癌基因的表达。
