黄河流域棉花品种主目标性状的分布特点及其相关性研究 被引量:11

Studies on the Distributional Characteristics and the Correlation of Main Objective Characters for Cotton Varieties in Yellow River Valley Regiun

摘要 以黄河流域棉花品种区域试验参试品种为资料,对构成棉花产量和纤维品质的主目标性状的分布特点及其相关关系进行研究。分布特点显示,皮棉产量主要集中在900~1300kg/hm^2,2.5%跨长集中在27,30mm,比强度集中在18~22cN/tex,麦克隆值集中在3.7~4.9;从不同年代及不同单位育成品种来看,20世纪70年代至21世纪初皮棉产量明显提高,2.5%跨长和比强度有所改善,但麦克隆值呈逐渐变粗趋势,河北、河南及江苏省育成品种该趋势更加明显。偏相关分析表明,皮棉产量与单株铃数、单铃重及衣分呈极显著正相关,与2.5%跨长、比强度及麦克隆值呈显著或不显著的负相关。典型相关分析进一步表明,皮棉产量和纤维品质两组性状之间存在真实的相关关系,单株铃数与2.5%跨长、衣分与麦克隆值的相关性是导致产量和品质两组性状相关的主要原因。 Besed on the cotton varieties that joined the Yellow River Valley Regional Variety Test, the distributional characteristics and the correlations of lint yield, bolls/plant, singht boll weight, lint percent, 2.5 % span length, specific strength and micronaire for cotton varieties were studied. The results indicated that lint yield were mainly within 900 - 1 300 kg/hm^2, and 2.5% span length were mainly within 27 - 30 mm, the specific strength were mainly within 18 - 22 cN/tex, the micronaire were mainly within 3.7 - 4.9. The analysis results of varieties bred in different yrars or different breeding units showed that the lint yield were remarkably increased from the 70's of the 20th century to the early part of 21th century, the upper value of 2.5 % span length and the specific strength were not obviously changed, the micronaire of varieties bred in Hebei province, Henan province and Jiangsu province there are the trend from optimum value to partial thickness value. The results of partial correlation showed that the lint yield showed extremely significant positive correlations with bolls/plant, single boll weight and lint percent, while showed significant negative correlation with 2.5 % span length; that of bolls/plant showed extremely significant negative correlation with single boll weight, while showed extremely significant positive correlation with 2.5 % span length; that of single boll weight showed extremely significant positive correlation with 2.5 % span length, while showed significant positive correlation with micronaire; that of micronaire showed extremely significant negative correlation with 2.5 % span length, while showed extremely significant positive correlation with specific strength characters and quality characters.The results of canonical correlation showed that there are true correlations between yield of cotton, and the correlativity of bolls/plant with 2.5 % span length, lint percent with micronaire were main cause of correlations of them.
