摘要
目的 建立测定3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚含量及有关物质的方法。方法 采用Diamonsil^TM(钻石)C18 ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-乙醇(80:20),流速为0.5mL·min^-1,紫外检测波长为290nm,柱温为30℃。结果 在本色谱条件下-3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚与有关物质及溶剂峰分离度符合要求,450~1050μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9998)。结论 测定方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、方法可靠,可作为质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of butylated hydroxyanisole and its related compounds. METHODS The separation was performed with a Diamonsil^TM 1C8 ODS columon(4.6mm ×250mm, 5μm) at 30℃, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, alcohol (80: 20) with the rate of 0.6mLmin^-1 , UV detection wavelength was at 290nm. RESULTS Butylated hydroxyanisole had a good linear relation over the range of 450-1050μg·mL^-1 ( r = 0.999 7 ). CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate , sensitive, and applicable for the quality control of this preparation.
