摘要
“瘀血生风”就是因瘀血导致的内风。“瘀血生风”病证除了表现出瘀血和动风的主要症状或体征外,常常伴有气虚、阴虚、血寒、血热等较多的兼证。正确认识这类兼证,揭示其规律,对“瘀血生风”病证的防治具有重要意义。通过对“瘀血生风”过程中出现的兼证及其病机进行分析,试图探索出其兼证规律。
＂Promoting production of wind-evil by stagnated blood circulation＂ means the endogenous wind resulted from blood stasis. It includes not only the main symptoms and signs of stagnated blood circulation and wind symptom but also some more accompanied symptoms and signs of qi-deficiency, yin-deficiency, cold in blood and heat in blood, etc. Correct recognition of these accompanied symptoms and signs and revealing their variation rule are very important to prevent and cure the diseases induced by ＂promoting production of wind-evil by stagnated blood circulation＂. The article tried to explore the variation pattern of the accompanied symptoms and signs by analyzing the accompanied symptoms and signs in the process of ＂promoting production of wind-evil by stagnated blood circulation＂ and its pathogenesis.
