摘要
针对东北电网发电机和发电厂的规模经济性,燃料、运输成本和发电能源的可用性,网损和短路电流水平,生态环境等因素,分析东北电网发展特高压输电需求和技术可行性、东北特高压输电方向和受端市场空间,认为东北电网利用特高压输电是可行的,且在“十二五”期间引入较为合适。
In view of economy on a large scale of the generators and power plants in Northeast China Grids, fuel, transportation cost and usability of enegy resources for generation, the grids losses and the level of short circuit current, ecology environment etc, the demand of developing on UHV transmission and technique feasibility, transmission orientation in Northeast China Grids and the receiving end market room are analyzed in this paper. The UHV transmission in Northeast China Grids will be introduced, and the occasion of introduction will be appropriate in the 12th Five Year Plan period.
