摘要
根据世界一次能源消费结构的变化，结合华东电网的实际情况，从消纳三峡来电、优化电源结构、增加电网调峰手段、保护环境以及一次能源供应等方面，详细论述了华东电网利用天然气发电的必要性和发展前景。提出了华东电网利用天然气发电分三步走的基本策略，并对华东电网利用天然气发电的气源供应、价格及经济性进行了分析。
According to the change in primary energy consumption structure in the world and the actual situation of ECPN, the necessity and developing prospect in natural gas power generation in the grid are discussed in detail. The major factors considered are the proper consumption of power from three Gorge, optimization of power source structure, enhancement of peak load distributing technology, environment protection and supply of primary energy. In consequence, the 3 stage basic strategy of natural gas generation in ECPN is suggested and the gas supply situation, cost and economy for power genaration are analysed.
