摘要
精明城市是针对城市过度蔓延、粗放增长而提出的科学规划、合理利用、协调发展地上地下空间的一种立体集约型城市发展路径。在阐述规划利用城市地下空间的范围、意义和背景的基础上,有针对性地探讨了重庆市城市规划过程中以城市精明增长为目标的指导原则,合理高效利用地下空间的条件、方法和现实意义,并提出了开发利用城市地下空间应注意的几个问题。
Compact city is a way of stereoscopic intensive city development which includes scientific planning, rational utilization, harmoniously exploiting the surface and underground space to resolve the problem of at excessively stretching and extensively developing. On the base of researching scope, significance and background of utilizing city underground space, this paper analyzes pertinently the condition, ways and practical meaning of rationally and high - efficiently utilizing underground space in the process of Chongqing city planning, which is guided by urban compact development. Finally, the paper stresses on paying attention to several issues in the process of exploitation and utilization of city - underground space.
