摘要
对２０例慢性根尖周炎和根尖囊肿采用根管治疗后，行根尖区手术，应用羟基磷灰石颗粒充填骨腔，经过６个月到５年随访，总成功率达９５％．
In this article 26 cases of patients with chronic apical periodontitis and periapical cysts were treated with root canal therapy, then the operation of hydroxyapatite artificial bones granules filling the bony cavities was performed on the apical areas. The total efficiency rate was 95% after 6 months to 5 years' follow-up.Hydroxyapatite artificial bones are a kind of non-absorptive biological ceramics derived from calcium phosphate. With a good biological compatibility the bone can initiate regeneration of bone tissues. It has been demonstrated after clinical uses that this material is up to now one ideal material used to fill bone defect because of its good biological compatibility. Atter filling there is no inflammatory reaction and foreign reaction and no general or local toxicity.
