摘要
随着我国对外开放水平的不断深入,大量的外资进入我国。外资的进入一方面缓解了我国经济建设资金不足的问题,促进了经济发展;另一方面也加速了国际产业向我国的转移。伴随着国际产业的转移,大量的污染产业也转移到国内。本文在肯定外商投资和国际产业转移对我国经济建设的积极作用的基础上,从经济学的视角重点分析了污染产业跨国转移的原因以及对我国贸易环境的影响,并提出了减少污染产业转移我国的措施。
With the intensive development of China＇ s opening, the scale of using foreign funds is becoming larger and larger. With the help of foreign funds, many industries transfer to China, which promotes economic development. But lots of pollution industries transfer to China, too. This paper affirms the active effect of foreign funds and international industries transfer, analyzes the reasons of transfer of pollution industries and the effect on China＇ s international trade environment, and advances some advice for avoiding it.
