摘要
变批量生产是一种先进制造模式,根据生产批量,合理调配制造资源,是实现该模式的可行途径。根据建立的制造资源分级数据库,结合目标期望,得到资源的能力和使用成本,将设备与工序之间的配置转化为分配问题,运用“匈牙利算法”得到选配结果,重复使用该法,可以获得多条工艺路线。最后以算例说明方法的可行性。
Scalable batch production is a kind of advanced manufacturing mode. According to batch, using manufacturing resources properly is one course to this mode. In this paper, the hierarchy database of manufacturing resources is established, considering the expectation, the capability and cost of resources are gotten, then the matching of process with equipments can be is achieved by "Hungary algorithm". By repeating tained. At last, a numerical example is illustrated to changed into assignment problem, the result of matching matching this way, many routes of process can be obvalidate this proposed method.
