摘要
针对筒形件拉深工艺的传统设计方法的缺陷,利用优化设计理论,建立了筒形件拉深工艺的数学模型并编制了一套人机交互式的优化设计程序,从而方便、快捷的确定合理的拉深系数,成功地解决了筒形件拉深工艺设计中拉深系数的合理分配问题。
In view of the deficiencies of the traditional design method of cup-drawing process,the mathematical models and person-computer interaction optimization design program of cup-drawing process have been developed by using optimization theory in this paper. This can be used to caculate cup-drawing rates quickly. The problem of the decision of optimum cup--drawing rates has been successfully solved.
