摘要
根据交通控制与诱导协同的内容和特点,从交通通行能力改善,交通安全改善,提高交通网络负荷均衡性,降低能源消耗与环境污染等4个方面建立了协同效果评价指标体系;提出了评价指标的量化方法以及基于单纯矩阵法的指标权重计算方法,给出了综合评价模型;利用Param ics仿真软件进行了仿真数据验证,仿真结果表明:此评价指标体系及评价方法科学有效,交通控制与诱导协同后,对交通系统综合改善效果显著。
According to the content and characteristics of the cooperation of UTCS and UTFGS, the authors established an evaluation index system from 4 aspects including improvement of traffic running, improvement of traffic safety, improvement of balance of network's burden, and decrease of environmental pollution. The authors also presented a quantitative method of indexes and a calculation method of indexes' weights based on simplex matrix method. They provided a model of comprehensive evaluation. At last, they validated an instance using Paramics emulator. The result indicates that this evaluation system and method is rational and effective, and the improvement of traffic system is obvious after the cooperation of traffic control and traffic guidance.
