微机控制的变极性TIG焊电源不对称方波的实现

摘要 讨论了双逆变结构的主电路实现变极性方波的原理及控制前、后两级逆变过程的方法.通过静态负载模拟试验,得到了由直流逆变而成的对称和不对称交流方波,其脉宽和幅值均独立可调,脉宽调节精度为1ms,从而验证了双逆变结构能够实现从直流到变极性方波的转换. The principle of realizing square wave with alternate polarity by using a main circuit with two inverters as well as the methods used to control the inversion in these two serial inverters are discussed. By means of experimental investigation of static load simulation, both the symmetric and asymmetric AC square waves are obtained from DC inversion, where both the pulse width and amplitude can be controlled separately with an accuracy of pulse width regulation being 1.0 ms, so that the inversion from direct current into square wave current with variable polarity is verified to be able to realize with a double-inversion configuration.
