摘要
高压水射流切割具有切缝窄、不产生热应力、无粉尘、几乎可切割任何材料等优点。阐述了高压水射流切割技术的原理、分类和特点,介绍了目前针对不同工况要求的常用高压水射流切割工艺。结合实践,简述了高压水射流切割工艺的新进展。
High- pressure water jet cutting has advantages of narrow cuts, no thermal stress, dustless and cutting any materials. Principle, classification and features of high - pressure wa- ter jet cutting technology are discussed. High- pressure water jet cutting technology often used currently according to various operating condition requirements is presented, in combination with praetices, a new progress of high- pressure water jet cutting teehnology is briefly described.
