摘要
科学、系统地分析和评价第三方物流企业客户满意度是企业决策者最关心的课题之一,它关系到企业的兴衰和存亡。建立了基于BP神经网络的第三方物流顾客满意度的评价模型,能较好地避免传统方法人为选取权重和相关系数过程中的主观性和不确定性。
This paper is based on looking into Third Party Logistics, establishing the TPL customer satisfaction evaluation model based on BP Neural Network, and the evaluation model can be immune from the inherent subjectivity and uncertainty of traditional methods with respect to value and coefficient.
