摘要
通过对电炉法生产黄磷的工艺流程的分析,辨识出黄磷、磷铁、磷渣、磷炉气等主要危险物质,黄磷生产各阶段还存在燃烧、爆炸、中毒、烧伤等危险、有害因素。黄磷生产企业可以通过控制这些危险物质和有害因素,防止生产事故的发生。
Dangerous substances such as yellow phosphorus, ferru -phosphorus, phosphorus dregs and phosphorus furnace gas were identified based on the analysis of process for the production of yellow phosphorus by electric stove. Harmful factor such burning, explosion and poisoning was also existed in each stage. Yellow phosphorus production enterprise may control these dangerous materials and harmful factors to prevent production accident.
