摘要
电炉法生产黄磷属危险品生产,简要介绍了电炉法生产黄磷工艺特点,总结了中国黄磷生产经验,对制磷电炉爆炸的原因进行剖析,指出主要是由于炉内负压引起爆炸,漏水引起电炉爆炸,炉底穿漏引起爆炸3种情况,并针对当前黄磷生产中存在的问题,提出了应加强安全教育,建立完善的安全规程;应从设计到生产始终贯彻安全意识;应把住原料关,加强原料质量控制;电炉操作要勤加料;还应加强科学管理,严格执行工艺指标和操作规程,防患于未然。
The electric furnace method for phosphorus production belongs dangerous product production. Its features are briefly introduced. Through the analysis of explosion reasons of phosphorus -- producing electric furnace, it is pointed out that there are three situations caused the explosion happened, i. e. , vacuum in frtrnace, leakage of water and a leak in the furnace - end. Therefore, in order to prevent the accident from explosion of furnace, the production administration should be strengthened, the safty operation rule should be established and the quality of the raw material should be strictly controlled, the technological index and operation regulation should be also obeyed strictly.
