摘要 直吹式、双进双出钢球磨是商丘裕东两台机组燃烧控制的难点,机组投产以来一直存在负荷响应慢、主汽压力偏差大和过热器壁温超温等问题。本文探讨了一次风压跟随实际负荷指令、容量风挡板控制线性修正、磨煤机料位控制加入容量风指令前馈等方法,并对上述方法的工程应用效果进行了评估。 How to control the direct-firing dual-in and dual-out tube mill is a big problem of the combustion control in the Shangqiu Yudong Power Plant. Control strategy used before has brought many problem like slow response to load change, big deviation of main steam pressure and over-heated of superheater tube. This paper give some new method to solve the problem such as the PA (primary air ) pressure following the load index, the linear correction of capacity air damper, and the capacity air damper feedforward command on the coal level control. Results of these methods are also provided.
