DSP芯片在汽轮机汽缸热膨胀监测中的实现

摘要 本文介绍了基于高性能DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A的汽轮机汽缸热膨胀监测仪的实现。传感器得到的汽缸膨胀电压信号由DSP芯片进行快速采集及有效的数字处理(如滤波、线性修正等),并将结果以电压或电流的电信号输出(可能同时伴随继电器操作),送入自动化系统,实现对汽轮机汽缸膨胀的监测,为电力系统提供快速、精确的汽轮机汽缸工作状况,便于电力自动化的实现。该仪器具有体积小,稳定性好,精度高等特点。 This paper described the realization of supervisory instrument for heat expansion of turbine's cylinder with high-powered DSP TMS320LF2407A. The voltage signal of expansion measured by sensor was acquired quickly and digitally processed effectively by DSP,then the result was outputted in the form of voltage or current (simuhancously, minght with the operation of relays) to the system of autormation , thus realized supervision of turbine's cylinder.The instrument provides quickly and accurately the working status of turbine's cylinder for the system of electric power in order to realize the automation of electric power.This instrument has the feature of little volume, good stability and high accuracy.
