摘要 鉴于注塑机制造企业规模小、地域分散、设计信息的分散和不兼容等因素,运用成熟的网络数据库技术、Internet和Web技术、协同工作技术、计算机辅助设计等技术实现跨空间,跨平台的多点协同设计,实现设计信息的共享,从而提高注塑机制造企业产品开发质量、缩短产品开发周期、增加企业的市场竞争力。系统采用分布式产品数据资源库,并详细介绍了系统的功能模块和关键技术的实现。通过初步应用实践,表明该系统能有效支持企业间设计信息的共享,实现注塑机异地协同设计。 In plastic jetting-moulding industry, the design information among enterprises is depressive and incompatible, the enterprises are in a small scale and depressive in geographical position. The technology of network database,Internet and Web,collaborative work and CAD are used to implement the sharing of design information and multipoint collaborative design which span the space and platform. The method can upgrade the quality and decrease cycle of the product development, and increase the competitive ability of market accordingly. The system utilizes distributive product data resources. The main functions of the system and a series of key technologies to implement this system are discussed in detail. The result of initial application shows that the system can support sharing of design information and collaborative design availably in plastic jetting-mouldlng industry.
