南昌市人群对“中国居民膳食指南及膳食宝塔”知晓情况调查分析 被引量：9

摘要 在南昌市的城区地段采用街头拦截访问调查法,了解被访问者对中国膳食指南和膳食宝塔知识的知晓情况。调查结果表明:南昌市城区居民对指南和宝塔的知晓率仅23.7%,但具有一定营养意识的人群达42%。调查还发现,不同性别的知晓率有显著性差异,男性>女性;不同年龄组知晓率无显著性差异;不同教育程度知晓率无显著性差异;不同职业的知晓率有显著性差异,干部和专业技术人员、办事人员知晓率高于其他职业人群。
