摘要
企业IT项目是要建立一系列信息子系统,在某个子系统建设完成并投入使用一段时间后必须对其进行评价,为下一个子系统的建设积累经验;文章建立较为完整的评价指标体系,并在WSR方法论的指导下,综合运用了Delphi法、模糊层次分析法、灰色关联度方法及模糊综合评价方法,提出了一个基于模糊AHP法(FAHP)的综合评价模型,提高了评价过程的客观性和评价结论的准确性。
In the construction of enterprise IT projects, it is necessary to carry out evaluation of a cer rain subsystem so as to find out the insufficiency and accumulate experience for the construction of the next subsystem. A systematic and relatively more complete index system is described in the paper, and an evaluation method based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) is established for subsys tern evaluation. This method derived from the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR) methodology combines the Del- phi method,the FAHP,the grey interconnect degree method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This method presents a more objective and accurate way for evaluation of enterprise informa tion systems.
