摘要
本文主要论述编辑学传统概念无力摆脱科技期刊审稿失误的两个起因。知识爆炸不断加大作者和编者之间的业务差距是其一;不易判断文稿对科技发展的前瞻性价值是其二。两者的妥善处理有待于编辑学传统概念的合理推移。
he present article enunciates two main reasons for the inability of traditional editorial concepts toavoid erroneous review of scientific manuscripts. First, knowledge explosion constantly widens thegap of professional levels between the author and the editor. Second it is difficult to foretell the po-tential value of the manuscript in the development of science and technology, The settlement requirescertain reasonable evolvement of the editorial concepts hitherto prevailing.
