重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折 被引量：6

摘要 [目的]探讨应用骨盆重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析25例重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折的方法及临床结果。[结果]随访25例,随访时间最长4 a,最短8个月。随访结果:优16列,良7例,可2例,3例坐骨神经损伤者有2例于术后6个月完全恢复,1例随访2 a仍未完全恢复,无术后感染及死亡病例。[结论]骨盆重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折,复位良好,固定可靠,并发症少,是一种治疗髋臼骨折的较好方法。
