髋臼骨折的手术治疗

摘要 目的探讨髋臼骨折的手术治疗效果。方法1999年-2003年间,分别采用髂腹股沟入路、Kocher-Langenbeck入路、髂股延长入路和联合入路,骨盆重建钢板和螺钉内固定,手术治疗18例移位的髋臼骨折。结果14例达解剖复位,2例满意复位,其中伤后2周内手术者解剖复位率明显提高。平均随访3.2年,关节功能优良率77.8%。结论对于有移位的髋臼骨折,应尽早行切开复位内固定手术,以免因复位不良,形成创伤性关节炎,导致关节痛。
