跟骨解剖钢板治疗跟骨骨折24例分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的 探讨跟骨骨折的手术治疗方法及跟骨解剖钢板的临床应用效果。方法 分析自2002年1月～2005年1月共手术治疗的跟骨骨折24例，按Paley提出的跟骨骨折分型，A型2例，B型8例，C型12例，D型2例。结果 本组均获随访，参照张铁良跟骨关节内骨折评分标准，优12例，良9例，可2例，差1例。结论 跟骨解剖钢板能有效提供固定的稳定性，外侧L形切口解剖清楚，操作难度不大，为临床提供了一个良好的治疗跟骨骨折的方法。
