摘要
目的观察手术治疗累及后关节面的跟骨骨折效果。方法对20例23足波及后关节面的跟骨骨折行切开复位AO跟骨钢板固定。结果20足经随访,优良率85%。结论手术是治疗累及后关节面跟骨骨折的一种有效可行方法。
[objective] To observe the clinical effect of operative treatment of calcaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface. [Methods] 20 patients, 23 feet with ealeaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface were treated with open reduction, fixation with AO-ealeaneus plate. [Results] 20 feet were followed up The excellent and good rate was 85%. [Conclusion] The operative treatment is an effective and practical method to treat ealeaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface.
