摘要
能源问题是国际上的热点问题,节能是能源问题中的重点问题。本文在借鉴国外家庭节能经验的基础上,根据我国国情,提出了建立基于市场的节能机制、充分利用经济杠杆来进行激励的建议等。
Recently, energy has become a hot topic important issues. In this paper, it bases on the experience in the world, and energy saving is also one of the of household energy conservation in foreign countries according to the real situation of China, and proposes the policy recommendations on household energy conservation, including establishing marketing mechanism, using economic leverage and so on.
