动力加压髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折

摘要 目的评价动力加压髋螺钉(dynamichipserew,DHS)治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析西充县人民医院1998-03/2005-06采用135°的DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折36例,平均年龄51岁。结果获得平均1·2年随访者35例。34例固定坚强骨折顺利愈合,平均愈合时间4·5个月,1例术后8月骨折骨性愈合,颈干角105°,髋活动轻度受限。结论DHS是手术治疗股骨转子间骨折较好的内固定器。
