摘要
本文构建了一个人力资本模型,并利用该模型计算了中国1978-2004年的人力资本指数。在此基础上,本文对中国1978-2004年的人力资本和FDI的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,中国人力资本与FDI存在稳定的关系,人力资本的积累对于中国吸收FDI具有重要的作用,但FDI并没有有效地促进中国的人力资本积累。
This paper has constructed a human capital model and using this model calculated our country's human capital index during the period of 1978-2004. On the basis of the index, the paper has carried on a series of empirical analysis to the relations of the human capital and the FDI of china from 1978 to 2004. The result indicated that the China' s human capital and FDI have the stable relations. An important conclusion is that the human capital stock plays an very important role in absorbing FDI in China, but FDI has not promoted our country's human capital accumulation effectively,
