FDI技术溢出效应影响因素的实证分析——基于中西部地区的比较 被引量：1

摘要 技术溢出是FDI影响东道国企业技术水平的重要途径,而技术溢出效应的强度受到多种因素的制约。利用中、西部地区的面板数据,对FDI的技术溢出效应及其制约因素进行实证分析,结果发现:引入与内资企业技术差距较大的外资,提高人力资本水平,加大R&D的投入额有利于技术溢出;独资化企业不利于当地企业获得在华外资企业的技术溢出;开放度与溢出效果不成正相关关系,外资政策的制定不应一味强调引入外资的数量。
