摘要
针对武器装备维修过程的复杂性、安全性及故障诊断的及时性要求,建立基于卫星通信或军用通信网的武器装备远程分布式测试与诊断系统。提出了由通信网络及接口、远程信息传输、可视化交互系统、人工智能、故障诊断专家系统、群体决策支持系统等构成的系统平台总体构建方案。阐述了系统的基本结构框架,各功能模块的划分与实现方法,以及关键技术的解决方案。仿真与实际数据表明,该平台的构建可以提高武器装备故障诊断和维修决策支持的自动化和智能化水平,提高现场维修工作效率和降低维修保障费用。
Aiming at the timely request of fault diagnosis and the request of complexity and security in the course of maintaining weapon equipment, a remote distributed test and diagnosis system of weapon equipment based on satellite communications and military network is set up. The collectivity structure scheme of the system is put forward, it consists of communication network and interface, remote information transmission, visual exchange, artificial intelligence, fault diagnosis expert system, colony decision-making system. The basic structure frame of system, dividing and realizing of function modules, and resolution of key technology are expatiated. Practical and emulational data expresse that the system improves automatized and intelligentized level of fault diagnosis and maintain decision-making in weapon equipment, improves scene maintain work efficiency, and depresses maintain expense.
