摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体在Brabender中对LLDPE进行了熔融接枝改性研究,考察了共混温度、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量、AA用量以及混合时间对接枝率的影响,结果表明控制适当的反应条件接枝率可达9%,而且反应温度以220℃左右为宜,DCP用量不宜过高,以免引起严重的交联反应。研究LLDPE-g-AA对LLDPE/淀粉可降解体系的增容效果表明,接枝物提高了LLDPE/淀粉体系的拉伸强度,并且与淀粉接枝物配合具有一定的互补作用。
A Study on melt grafting of acrylic acid (AA) on LLDPE by using DCP as initiator was carried out in Brabender Plasti corder to provide the third component in mixing LLDPE and starch. The effects of reaction temperature, amount of initiator, amount of monomer and reaction time on grafting level were investigated. Products with near 9% of grafting level were obtained while reaction temperature was controlled around 220℃. The discussion on the graft copolymer as compatilizer in LLDPE/starch indicated that the mechanical properties of the blend could be improved.
