摘要
采用化工部北京化工研究院自制的 GH338高效混合器,将34%的淀粉与 LDPE 混合,获得厚10μm、断裂伸长率180%~290%的薄膜。实验结果指出,EAA-变性淀粉是 LDPE/淀粉共混物的有效相容剂,通过 SEM 照片还证明了该薄膜为两相结构。淀粉像颗粒一样分散在 LDPE 连续相中。另外,对生物降解实验作了初步的观察。
Experimental results indicate that EAA-modified starch is an effective compatibilizer for LDPE/starch blends which contains 34% starch.The blends can be blow-extruded into 10μ,thick film,SEM records illustrated that the blends is two-phase structure and starch is dispersed in LDPE phase in particles.Some preliminary observations on biodegradable tests are taken.
