摘要
目的研究氧化苦参碱提取过程的动态变化,为设计氧化苦参碱提取工艺提供理论依据。方法用一级、二级和零级与多级分段动力学方程,分别对2 h内不同时段苦参中苦参碱的提取量进行拟合。结果二级动力学方程和零级与多级分段动力学方程与实际很接近,一级动力学方程与实测值间误差较大。结论氧化苦参碱的溶出过程符合二级动力学方程;在前30 m in也符合零级动力学方程,30 m in后符合多级动力学方程,不符合一级动力学方程。
Objective To study the kinetics in refluxing extraction process of oxymatrine from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis to provide theoretical basis for designing extracting techniques of oxymatrine. Methods The quantity of extracted oxymatrine from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis was measured at different times during 2 hours in the condition of refluxing. The one-order rate equation,the two-order rate equation and piecewise function (the 0-order rate equation and the multi-order rate equation ) were evaluated by the data of extraction process of oxymatrine from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis. Results The difference between the experimental data and the data derived from the one-order rate equation is great, whil~ the experimental data matched with both the data derived from two-order rate equation and piecewise function perfectly. Conclusion Experimental data of oxymatrine extraction process are not consistent with the one-order rate equation, but consistent with the two-order rate equation. In addition, the experimental data during the first 30 minutes are consistent with the 0-order rate equation, and the experimental data after the first 30 minutes are consistent with the multi-order rate equation.
