摘要
目的观察脑出血后抑郁模型大鼠脑内碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的表达,研究补肾调气中药颐脑解郁方的抗脑出血后抑郁的机理。方法运用中药颐脑解郁方干预脑出血后抑郁大鼠模型,灌胃给药,采用免疫组织化学方法观察脑内bFGF、GFAP的表达变化。结果脑出血后抑郁模型bFGF的表达下降,GFAP表达上升。颐脑解郁方、盐酸氟西汀能增加脑出血后抑郁模型大鼠海马CA3区、扣带皮质bFGF的表达,减少海马CA3区、扣带皮质GFAP的表达。结论通过调节脑内bFGF、GFAP的表达,中药颐脑解郁方可能存在促进神经元的修复与再生作用,从而改善抑郁症状,达到治疗目的。
Objective To observe the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and gliai fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) in the brain of rats with post-encephalorrhagia depression and study the effect of Yinaojieyu Formula with action of tonifying the kidney and regulating encephalorrhagia depression. Methods The model rats with post-encephalorrhagi qi on the posta depression were interfered with Yinaojieyu Formula by intragastric administration. The expression of bFGF and GFAP in the brain were obversed by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of bFGF in the model group declined,but the expression of GFAP increased. Yinaojieyu Formula and fluoxetine increased the expression of bFGF and decreased the level of GFAP in CA3 zone of hippocampus and cingulated cortex of model rats. Conclusion Yinaojieyu Formula contributes to the renovation and regeneration of neuron by regulating the expression of bFGF and GFAP to improve post - encephalorrhagia depression.
