摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的可行性和优点。方法:在鼻内镜下对54例儿童肥大腺样体切除,治疗由腺样体肥大引起的临床症状。结果:术后鼻咽部结构显示良好,无残体存留,无咽鼓管损伤等并发症。结论:鼻内镜下腺样体肥大切除手术能在直视下进行,病变切除准确、彻底,手术疗效明显。
Objective： To explore the feasibility and advantages of adenoidectomy guided by endoscope. Methods： 54 children with symptomatic adenoid hypertrophy performed adenoideetomy by endoscope. Results： The structures in pharynx nasalis recoveried well after operation, without residual body and injuried auditory tube. Conclusion： The adenoidectomy guided by endoscope is accurate, thorough and effective.
