摘要
目的探讨经口直视下运用电动吸割器行腺样体切除术的优点及其对儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法对30例分泌性中耳炎听力下降患儿在全麻下经口直视下运用电动吸割器行腺样体切除术,观察手术过程;术后一个月复查患者,观察鼓膜情况,行电测听和声阻抗复查,观察疗效。结果30例腺样体肥大患者,经口直视下电动吸割器腺样体切除术,全部手术过程顺利,手术时间10min左右,出血较少,无一例并发症出现。术后一个月,听力恢复正常24例(80%),气骨导差缩小10dB以上4例(13.3%),气骨导差缩小10dB以内2例(6.7%);声阻抗检查,A型22例,B型4例,C型4例。结论经口直视下电动吸割器腺样体切除术是一种安全有效,简单易行的手术方法,对儿童分泌性中耳炎引起的听力下降疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective： To probe into the advantages of utilizing electric planer through oral cavity in adenoidectomy and the curative effect. Methods： Thity children with adenoid hypetrophy and hearing loss were included in this study,and they were all performed adenoidectomy with endoscopic power-assisted electric planer through oral cavity under general anesthesia from Apr. 2003 to Dec. 2004. The operation courses were observed and the patients were visited one month after operation to observe the effect of the operation. Results： This procedure was safe for the patients, easy to operate;the middle ear function and hearing were well improved in one mooth after the operation. Conclusion：This procedure is safe, effective,easy to operate in clinical practice. Therefore,it is worthy to be put into practical use in a larger rang in clinic.
