摘要
在高职英语课程改革过程中,教学内容和课程体系的改革是基础;倡导以学生为中心的“自主学习”,提高学生英语应用能力是课程改革的关键;提高教师自身素质是课程改革的必要条件;培养和提高学生的人文素质是课程改革的最终目标。
In the process of vocational college English course reforms, teaching contents and curriculum system reforms arc the basis. Initiating ＂The Independent Study＂ which takes the students＇ as the center and sharpening the students practical ability of English are the keys to the curriculum reforms. Improving the teachers＇ accomplishments is the essential condition. Cultivating and improving the humane quality of the students is the ultimate goal of the curriculum reforms.
