摘要
周敦颐说:“先觉觉后觉,暗者求于明而师道立矣。”在新时代新社会形势下,教师与学生的关系出现了新的变化,“师道”应怎么立呢?教师要清楚自己不再是一个绝对的“先觉”者,需要不断学习,需要“暗者求于明”。教师的教育应重在思维方式和学习方法的传授,让学生“自易其恶,自至其中而止矣”。教师更应做好“人师”。
Dunyi Chou once said：＂The forerunners should teach the latter people to learm, the people who don＇ t know should seek advice from the forerunner. Then, the teacher-student relationship is established. ＂ In the situation of new era and new society, new changes arise from the relationship between teachers and students. How to build ＂ the teacher-student relationship＂？The teachers should recognize clearly that they aren＇ t absolutely ＂forerunners＂ any more. They also need constanly further study and leam from others. Teacher education should focus on ways of thinking and teaching of learning methods in order to make students understand that ＂Peoele should know how to differentiate evil things and good things and then cease to continue the wrong behavior＂. The teachers should even work harder to better ＂person＇s teachers＂.
