摘要
叙述是教师认识自我、追求专业自我发展的途径之一。通过应用评价理论分析教师博客中的叙述话语,探讨教师追求专业的自我发展的特点;分析结果表明教师在追求专业的自我发展过程中充斥着悖论与对立,他们就是在发现、把握对立的张力的过程中逐步发展的。
Teachers' narrative is one of the ways.by which teachers pursue their own professional development and identify themselves. By applying the appraisal theory to analysis of teachers' narrative discourse in their blogs, the paper investigates the features of their pursuits to professional development. The result shows that the process teachers pursuit is full of paradoxes. They are developing gradually in the process of finding and grasping the tension of paradox.
