摘要
对203例口腔颌面部感染患者进行厌氧菌分离培养，结果共分离出细菌1068株，需氧菌394株，厌氧菌9个属，49个种，共674株，细菌检出率100％，厌氧菌检出率98，03％，需、厌氧菌混合感染占95．07％。检出率较高的厌氧菌依次为拟杆菌属，消化链球菌属，放线菌属，真杆菌属，梭杆菌属等，以上菌属为口腔颌面部厌氧优势菌群中的优势菌，而且与口腔颌面部感染有密切关系。
The anaerobes has isolated and identificated from infected dentoface. The results indicated that 1068 strains were isolated, Among them 394 strains were aerobes, 674 strams were anaerobes,isolation rate of bacteria is 100%, isolation rate of anaerobes is 98. 03%,rate of mixed infection iS 95.07%. The highest isolation rate of anaerobes is Bacteroides. Peptostreptococcus. Actinomyces,Eubacterium. Fusobatenum in order. The five generas are closely connected with infected dentoface.
