摘要
为区别良恶性肿瘤胸水,联合检测胸水中IgG、IgA、IgM,CEA和β_2-MG。结果显示:与结核性相比,癌性胸水中CEA明显升高,而IgG、IgA、IgM、和β_2-MG均明显降低。表明联合检测IgG、IgA、IgM、CEA和β_2-MG对区别良恶性胸水有重要的参考价值。
To distinguish benign and malignant hydrorthorax. The combined determination of IgG、IgA、 IgM、CEA and β-MG carcinomatous and tuberculous hydrothorax were done. The level of CEA was higher(P<0.01),and IgG、IgA、IgM and β_2-MG were lower in carcinomatous than in tu- berculus (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Therefore, there is significance of combined ditermination of IgG、IgA、IgM、CEA and β_2-MG in distinguishing between benign and malignant hydrothorax.
