摘要
在内燃机主轴承和连杆大端轴承内部工作状态研究中,目前广泛采用动载滑动轴承轴心轨迹的计算方法[2].但这种方法直接用于活塞销轴承,则无法获得正确的结果。本文分析了问题产生的原因,在该方法的基础上补充了一组新的瞬时静力平衡方程,而后用经过改进的计算方法对4125柴油机活塞销轴承的轴心轨迹进行了计算,取得了比较符合实际的结果.
In the investigation in internal operating condition of the main bearing and the connecting rod large end bearing of I. C. E,the methods for calculating the Journal center orbit of dynamically loaded journal bearings are widely used at present. If applied in piston pin bearing calculation,however,they may fail to obtain correct result.In this paper,the cause of the disparity between the calculated result ad the real condition is discussed,an improved method to include a set of new momentary static equilibrium equations is presented, and an example is given. The calculated result from this method can truly mirror the genuine operating condition of the piston pin bearing.
