Detection of Formaldehyde Using Ion Mobility Spectrometer with Laser Ionization Source

摘要 用激光作为离子迁移谱(IMS)仪的电离源,研究了在大气压力下对痕量物质甲醛进行检测的方法。介绍了实验装置,讨论了迁移管两端电压、温度以及激光能量不同的条件下获得的离子信号强度(减去本底后的强度),得到了很有意义的实验结果。结果表明,该方法行之有效,并且得到了很高的探测灵敏度,检测极限达到了ppb量级。 An ion mobility spectrometer(IMS) equipped with a laser ionization source is used for the sensitive detection of formaldehyde wnder atmospheric pressure. Experimental apparatus is introduced. We also discussed the ion signal intensity of analyte wnder various drift voltages,different temperature and laser energy. Experimental results show that this method is very effective, and it has high sensitivity, Detection limits are determined to be in the upper ppb range.
