摘要
目的通过对广东省监测食品及腹泻病人中分离的副溶血性弧菌（vibrio parahaemolyticus，VP）进行rDNA（核糖体核酸）指纹图谱分析，为VP引起的食物中毒事件流行病学调查提供诊断依据。方法对从2003～2004年广东省食品及食物中毒病人中分离的64株VP采用RiboPrinter微生物鉴定系统进行核糖分型，并利用RiboExplorer软件处理rDNA指纹图谱，运用Bio Numerics软件分析菌株的同源性。结果64株VP共分为51个核糖型，其中源自食品的52株分离株分为41个核糖型，源自食物中毒病人的12株分离株分为10个核糖型。来源于同一起食物中毒的E408-18-S-7核糖型的3株VP其相似度为100％，其他病人株均非同型或相似度较低（〈95％）。结论监测地区食品分离株核糖型多、分布广，有部分核糖型相似度较高；rDNA指纹图谱对于同一核糖型或相似度〉95％的菌株能达到溯源能力。
Objective To analyze ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns of vibrio parahaemolyticus （VP） isolated from surveillance food and diarrhea patients for the evidence to detect foodborne VP outbreak. Methods 64 VP strains were isolated from food and diarrhea patients in Guangdong province from 2003 to 2004 and ribotyped by RiboPrinter Microbial Characterization System. Ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns were processed with RiboExplorer software and homogeneity of strains were analyzed by Bio Numerics software. Results 51 ribogroups were obtained from total 64 VP strains, among which 41 ribogroups were from 52 food sources and 10 from 12 diarrhea patients. The similarity of 3 VP strains （ ribogroup： E 408-18-S-7） from one outbreak was 100%. Other strains from patients observed no homogeneity and low similarity （ 〈 95% ）. Conclusion Riboguoups of VP in Guangdong province showed a wide range of types and widespread and relative high similarity for certain strains. Ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns were deserved to trace the source of strains witt？ identical ribogroup or high similarity （ 〉 95% ）.
