摘要
考察了高分子乳化剂和小分子乳化剂共混使用对共聚物乳液流变行为和稳定性的影响规律.利用VT550旋转黏度仪研究了基于高分子乳化剂(聚乙烯醇)的丙烯酸丁酯/苯乙烯/丙烯腈三元共聚物乳液的流变特性,并分析了乳液的耐电解质(CaCl2)稳定性.实验结果表明,随着温度升高,共聚物的表观黏度下降,流动指数增大,体系黏度特性逐渐由假塑性流体向宾汉塑性流体转变.高分子乳化剂的加入明显增加了乳液体系的黏度,使得乳液流动指数增大,体系的耐电解质稳定性也大幅度提高.
The influence of polymeric emulsifier and small-molecule emulsifier mixture on the rheology property and stability of copoiymer latex was studied. The rheology property of butyl acrylate/styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer latex containing polymeric emulsifier (polyvinyl alcohol) was examined with VT550 rotation viscosimeter. Latex stability of electrolyte (CaCl2) resistance was also investigated. The results indicated that with increasing temperature, the latex apparent viscosity decreased and the flow exponent increased, and that the latex exhibited from pseudo-plastic fluid to Bingham-plastic fluid gradually. By adding polymeric emulsifier to the system, latexes viscosity increased obviously, the flow exponent increased, and the stability of electrolyte resistance also improved largely.
