摘要
目的：评价Nd：YAG激光治疗人工晶体（IOL）前膜的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析Nd：YAG激光清除IOL前膜共68例80眼，激光参数：单次脉冲能量0．6—2．8mJ，击发次数15—124次。结果：74眼（92．50％）一次性击射、清除成功。经过3月。3年的随访，激光术后最佳矫正视力提高至0．6—1．5，患者术前、术后视力统计学差异显著（P〈0．001）。术后并发症有虹膜出血、IOL表面细小击痕和玻璃体前界膜破裂，均对视力无影响。结论：Nd：YAG激光是治疗IOL前膜安全而有效的方法，适应证选择和准确操作是保证疗效的关键。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Nd：YAG laser on removing the surface membrane on implanted mtraocular lens（IOL）. Methods： The paper reviews and studies 80 eyes of 68 patients with surface membrane on the implanted IOL were treated by Nd：YAG laser explosion. The single pulse energy was 0.6 -2.8 mJ and the total explosive times were 15 - 124 shots. Resuits： 74 eyes （92.50%） were successfully opened and eliminated with a single shot. In a follow up ranged from 3 months to 3 years, the best corrected vision was improve ranged 0.6 to 1.5 after Nd：YAG laser therapy. The statistical results indicated that there was significant difference of the visual acuities in all patients before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The complications included iris haemorrhage, slight damage on the surface of IOL and breakup of anterior vitreous membrane, and they had no influence upon the vision. Conclusions ： The removal of the surface membrane on IOL with Nd ： YAG laser is safe and effective. Choice of the indications and accurate methods are the key of assurance for effects.
