摘要
目的运用地理信息系统(GIS)制作瑞丽疟疾发病分布图,分析探讨瑞丽疟疾的流行态势。方法收集2005年瑞丽疟疾发病基础资料,采用ArcView 3.3,SaTScan软件分析2005年的疟疾发病状况。结果能制作获取瑞丽市2005年疟疾发病数空间分布图以及发热病人、居民疟原虫血检结果和恶性疟情况分布图。结论地理信息系统能直观、准确的分析瑞丽市2005年疟疾发病情况、抗疟措施、媒介监测的时间空间情况。
Objective To make the distribution map of malaria infection in Ruili area, Yunnan Province by geographical information system （GIS） and analyze malaria prevalent trend. Methods The data concerning malaria infection in Ruili area in 2005 were gathered and analyzed with ArcView 3.3 software. Results The distribution maps malaria infection in Ruili , including the maps of malaria infections, feverish cases, blood examination of inhabitants, the distribution of Plasmoidum facilparum malaria, etc were made. Conclusion GIS technique is capable of directly, accurately analyze the spacial distribution of malaria infection, results of implementation of antimalaria measures and surveillance of malaria vectors.
