The N-S Equations in Vortex form and the initial and boundary conditions were discussed. The obtained Vortex Dynamics Equation includes both the convective term andviscous diffusion term of vorticity. This convective and diffusive equation of vorticity is similar to the general convective and diffusive equation. The vorticity which is attached onthe fluid is moved with the velocity of fluid. The vorticity has both the characteristics ofField and Materiality. The Discrete Vortex Model is based upon the both characteristics ofvorticity. The motion and merging of vorticity and the stability of vortices system were alsodiscussed. The motion of fluid with massive separation is unstable, and its vortices systemis also unstable.
